Information Required - A completed Otay Mesa Sales, Inc. Lease Application is generally all that is required provided that the client has been in business for at least three (3) years. A business that has been established for less than (3) years may be eligible for the Otay Mesa Sales, Inc. Quick Response Program depending upon the type of business.
